Building of three floors. Facade composed of a basement that corresponds to the ground floor (commercial use), main body covers the first and second level and finally the coronation which, from a fine molding, overlaps an important molded cornice and sill formed by precast concrete decorative elements . A balcony with a balustrade sill divides the ground floor of the upper body. Four pilasters modulate the facade from the base to the lower molding of the crown and extend into the upper sill. The openings are aligned on vertical axes, on the ground floor they take the total width between pilasters and, on their vertical axis, a pilaster that generates two openings per plant in each module is aligned on the upper two levels. On the second level, a balustraded sill stands out in each bay.
