Sobrado: habita is of two floors of colonial style architecture. They were built approximately at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. Remains of a scravocratic society, the surpluses were the houses of the rural aristocracy of S or Philip on which the higher standards were reserved for a dwelling or two properties, and the ground floors were destined to places and frames. This surplus was built by Jo or Vasconcelos Monteiro, Filho de Nh Djilorme, Morgado do Pico Pires, between 1890-1900. I house outstanding public, civic and ecclesiastical figures.
