O Convento e Igreja de S o Francisco foram built two buildings in 1657, an isolated local city center, surrounded by dense vegetation, is a way of providing peace and tranquility of two Franciscan frades who resided. No beginning of the 17th century or set of buildings of the Convent of S or Francisco was partially destroyed by an incident. Lateral walls, panoramic, with janelas, not ship and na capela-mor, delimited by cunhais. In the interior of the convent, we can see a single nave and capela-mor, with two tiles that cover or its interior being negative. No ship is able to observe the brand or the existence of a floor (possibly or high-pitched) and no center is found to request an epigraphic tumular request. Ainda was scattered remains of small walls aparelhados, which belong to the convent building. |

No beginning of the 17th century or set of buildings of the Convent of S or Francisco was partially destroyed by an incident. Between 2001 and 2005, important restoration works were carried out to allow cultural activities such as concertos, conferences and exhibitions not to be carried out inside. In the restoration of the Foram convent stabilized with argamassa colonnades (capping) so that you can see the visitors so that you can appreciate the volume of the building. |
