Property of the 17th-19th century, typology of the traditional rural architecture of Arona, with a predominance of two-storey houses that have belonged to wealthy farmers or families of landowners (spacious homes organized around a central courtyard with rooms connected by runners and delimited by open galleries). Due to its complexity in the plant, the quality of its materials and finishes, it is an excellent example of traditional architecture in its most cultured aspect. It is the only property of the historic center of Arona that presents a balcony.
