Popularly known as 'Casa the Bodega de los Tav or ' this building originally belonged to one of the great owners of Arona, Jos Sierra P rez, and was bought at the beginning of the 20th century by Don Jos Tav or Sierra. Of the original property, on whose ground floor there was a winery and cellars, currently only the main facade is preserved. This property is part of the typology of traditional rural architecture orial of Arona, with a predominance of two-storey houses that have belonged to wealthy farmers or families of landowners (spacious homes organized around a central courtyard with rooms connected by corridors and delimited by open galleries).

CASA LA BODEGA

Architecture house is orial, with two floors and several townhouses perpendicularly forming a central courtyard. Of the original building, it only retains the first rectangular floor and covered with four waters of ceramic tiles. The façade is symbolic with a central entrance cover on the ground floor, with a lowered arch, framed in canter a. Distribute three openings on the ground floor; door and two windows and two windows aligned with the lower ones upstairs. The corners of siller a and the triple eave of roof tiles under cover are finished off.
